Returns & Exchanges:
Purchases may be returned for exchange (no refunds) for either a similar amount or a higher priced product. If you would like to exchange your purchase, please contact me for details. Once I receive your original product, please allow 2 weeks for redelivery of your new product.
Shipping:
All purchases are made to order. Your purchase will be shipped usually within 4 business days but, on occasion, may take as many as 10 days to be shipped due to raw material availability.
Free shipping in the US via USPS First Class Mail.
If you would like to receive your order by express mail or other faster delivery method or if you are ordering from outside of the US, you will need to pay for shipping. Please contact me directly to order and for an estimate of shipping costs.
Wholesale Ordering
Would you like to carry Dancing Silver Designs in your store or Gallery? Wholesale orders are available with a $1000 minimum the first order and $500 minimum the following orders. Please contact me for more details on wholesale accounts.
